Return Policy Instruments
TritoneMusic.net strives for a high level of customer service. If you are not satisfied with your Instrument you may within 3 days of receiving your purchase return the product in its original box container as well as all packing material and all required documents to TritoneMusic.net. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. A refund will be issued minus any damages that may have occurred to the item. See Refund Policy.
Upon return of an instrument, TritoneMusic.net will evaluate the returned item. If the return item has met the return policy criteria, a refund will be issued minus any damages that may have occurred to the returned item. Refunds will be issued by Check please allow 3 to 4 weeks to receive your refund by certified mail.
RETURNED DAMAGED POLICY
Returned instruments that arrive damaged will be assessed and appraised. You may still be entitled to a refund for the current value of the item in its current state of condition. An Item deemed a "Total Loss" will be non-refundable. A "Total Loss" is determined by the cost of repairs versus the market price of an item. TritoneMusic.net solely has the right to make this determination without any outside party, company, Corporation, or Independent appraisal entity.

Please follow these Return Item Procedures to ensure an efficient refund transaction. Within the first 3 days of receiving your item if you are not satisfied with your purchase you may submit a "Request to Return " to firstname.lastname@example.org please include Full Name phone number, e-mail address.Once we receive your request we will e-mail you a "Return Item" checklist.
If you choose to cancel an order, TritoneMusic.net will issue a refund within two to three business days. If you are canceling an order for a product that has already shipped then please review our return policy.

Policy in regards to set up and string noise
Instruments are very susceptible to weather conditions, Any change in ambient temperature or humidity will affect string height and fret Buzz. All our instruments are set up and tested for playability. These instruments will need to be set up by a trained professional Instrument technician, upon arrival to your location. It is the financial responsibility of the buyer to pay to have this service performed.
